How to reach PrenupsAI

The public contact address is hello@prenupsai.com. Use it for questions about the product at prenupsai.com, the privacy notice, a Stripe checkout receipt, a broken research page, or a source URL that looks stale. Put “PrenupsAI” in the subject line so the message is easy to find. This is a software product support mailbox, not a legal hotline.

Do not send the prenup itself, financial schedules, government ID, or anyone’s personal data to that address unless a lawyer has told you to preserve a copy elsewhere and you understand email is not a confidential PrenupsAI vault. The review form is the path for document text. Email is for operational questions.

What email can and cannot do

PrenupsAI can explain how review works, where the state or Swedish source packages live, how payment unlocks one analysis, and how to delete a local download you saved yourself. It cannot interpret your agreement, tell you whether to sign, or appear in a negotiation. If you need advice, hire independent counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

There is no published phone number and no public walk-in office for this product. PrenupsAI is an online service. Billing is handled by Stripe. Privacy questions belong on /privacy as well as in email. Research methodology is on /methodology.

If you already have a draft

For a U.S. prenup, use /review. For a Swedish samboavtal or äktenskapsförord, use /sv/granska. Keep the original text file. Photos and scanned image PDFs are not accepted. After a review, take the report and the counsel packet to your own lawyer.
