What the product is

PrenupsAI is software for the person who received a draft. Upload a text-based PDF, Word file, or TXT export. The report explains clauses in plain language, maps who a term may favor on the face of the document, flags missing exhibits, and collects questions for a licensed attorney. Quotes are checked against the uploaded text. Legal citations come from a versioned evidence package for the selected U.S. state or from the separate Swedish packs.

The brand name is PrenupsAI, written as one word with a capital P and capital AI. The canonical website is https://prenupsai.com. There is no PrenupsAI account, mailing list, or stored report. A paid U.S. review is $49. A Swedish review is 399 kr. Stripe processes the payment; PrenupsAI receives a checkout identifier so one payment can unlock one review.

What it is not

PrenupsAI is not a law firm, not an attorney-client communication, and not a substitute for independent counsel. It does not draft a prenup, rewrite clauses, choose governing law, or tell anyone to sign or refuse. It does not predict a court result. Educational issue-spotting with receipts is the job. How a review is handled

The file is read in request memory. PrenupsAI does not write the source file or the report to a database. Extracted text and allowlisted intake flags go to the OpenAI API with response storage disabled. Intake fields are structured dates and flags, not names, addresses, or account numbers. Photos and scanned image PDFs are rejected because every finding has to quote extractable text.

Public research pages—state guides, checklists, matrices, red flags, and Swedish process articles—are generated from the same versioned source records. Gaps stay visible. Attorney endorsement, when present, is an optional labeled overlay and is never invented.
